Viewing Consent Entries in the Patient History Tab

Patient Consent entries are recorded in the patient’s History tab. They are identified as Consent entries in the Event column.

To look up consent entries in Patient History, do the following:

1. Open the patient's folder.
2. Press the History tab.
3. To view only the Consent entries, press the Filter button.
4. Enter CONSENT in the Filter window and then press the OK button.

Note: Highlighting a Consent activity and then pressing the Detail button at the bottom of the History tab will display the Patient Consent information in the Consultation tab.
